We are a workshop with advanced technical expertise and specialised knowledge of Berkel-branded machines and their components, founded on the long-standing experience of Slayer Blades S.r.l. in blade manufacturing and the owner’s passion for restoring Berkel slicers.
Established in the late 1970s with the production of slicing blades, our passion has grown alongside the historic Van Berkel machines: true icons of tradition, beauty and the culture of fine food.
